Jeremy Segal joined William J. Segal, P.A. in 2011 to chair the firm’s commercial real estate group. Jeremy focuses his practice on the acquisition, sale and leasing of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties, and vacant land. Jeremy is also experienced in condominium development and rehabilitation of distressed and fractured condominiums. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Jeremy represents individuals and investors buying and selling homes and condominiums.
Jeremy, a native Floridian, attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Prior to law school, Jeremy attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Psychology.

- Represents landlord with respect to leasing matters on over 800,000 square feet of office space in the Tampa area.
- Represents clothing retailer with respect to leasing matters on over 25 stores in South Florida.
- Represented bulk buyer in connection with acquisition and rehabilitation of distressed condominium project in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.
- Represented buyer in connection with the acquisition of the historic La Palma Building in Coral Gables, Florida.
- Represented landlord in connection with leasing matters for the Miami Tower (formerly known as the Bank of America Tower and CenTrust Building) in Miami, Florida.
- Represented home building company in connection with office leasing and subleasing matters nationwide.
- Represented developer in the formation of condominium on Lincoln Road, in Miami Beach, Florida.
- Represented buyer in the acquisition and financing of the Cornerstone Office Building in Atlanta, Georgia, for $14.5 million.
- Represented lender in a series of loans to borrower with a cumulative principal amount of approximately $45 million, secured by three retail properties located on Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida.
